Domino's Pizza - Falling Waters

Pizza was fresh and well made! It was busy and my order took longer than expected (based on email) but cashier was transparent and showed me where I was on their tracker. Staff were friendly and it’s the cleanest Dominos I’ve ever been in! And the store was appropriately staffed for a busy Friday night!

Pure Deception!!7 years ago I gave this place 5 stars. That is how long I have been ordering from here. Today, you get a 1 star, wish I could leave no stars. I ordered so much that I know some of the drivers by name and some know my order. My feelings are hurt because I tip very well. All the thousands and thousands of dollars I have given you over the years. I know it has been at least $10,000.(It is better to give than receive)You cancelled my order after 1.5 hours of me waiting. Last night, I ordered on the app and it says at 6:27 that the driver left the store. I called you all 7:12 and you said the person just left the store. Then someone called me back 2 minutes later to confirm that the driver just left. You ensured me that the pizza is still hot. Around twenty minutes later I get a notification that you cancelled my order.If you all were not able to deliver due to being short staffed why not just be honest. Why deceive me and make me think my pizza was on the way. Over the years my pizza has been wrong and you all corrected it, or gave me a free pizza at a later date. I understand all the factors even when you all are late over an hour. But deception, I can't go for. You have just lost a valued customer.

My wife and I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, spinach and feta bread, a pasta and a salad last night. The food was good, however, my wife is showing signs of food poisoning this morning. She had the pasta and the salad. I’d suggest making sure all your food is at the temp it’s supposed to be at because I’ll be contacting the health department today!

Stop playing Liz this is a business app and this store quality sucks woulda been better if you showed the pic of ur quality with your name on it so we can be direct with the Complaint

Fast service. The food tastes fine. However, not the place to wings from. Each wing I got was smaller than my thumb, making it half meat and half bone.
