Quality Inn Fallbrook I-15

Utterly disgusting. This hotel should be ashamed of itself. The only good thing was the staff was friendly. Our room was nauseating. The floor was filthy. I wiped a section with a wipe and it was almost black. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time because the floor was so dirty. There were cobwebs on the lamps when I went to turn the lamps on. When we first checked in I went to use the bathroom and there were urine drops on the toilet seat. The towels were stained and smelled bad. They must have sprayed some air fresheners in the room right before we checked in, because the room had a floral smell when we walked in but when it wore off the room smelled like urine. They obviously knew how bad it smelled since they took the time to cover it. Very disappointing, will never come here again and will definitely think twice about staying in any Choice hotel if this is how they allow their hotels to operate.

This hotel was dirty and disgusting. A person was dealing drugs out of one of the rooms. The bathrooms were the worst. I would not use the shower without shower shoes. I would not even dip a toe in the swimming pool. It was practically green. Horrible horrible Hotel.

Dirty used bandaid in the shower. Roach bait. Springtails crawling everywhere. Filthy mattress with brown and red stains. They advertise disability rooms online, when I got there the woman at the front desk scoffed and said they had no accessible rooms. I had to have help in and out of their filthy showers because of this, it was humiliating. The only reason we didn’t leave the second we got there is because hotels were booked up because of comic con.

I had several guests in town for my wedding and not ONE of them was satisfied with the quality of the room. Stains on sheets, no window screen and no lock. Homeless people in the parking lot. Dirty floors that led to black stained feet/socks. Prison type showers. The Photos are very outdated. There is magically NEVER a manager to issue refunds and even after several emails to “general manager” Pratik (Nick) Patel I still have not gotten a response on refund statuses. I called the front desk to speak to a manager or get a corporate number and they told me to “google it”. Horrible, disgusting place with terrible customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE!

DO NOT BOOK HERE.Room was filthy, with other people's hairs, bodily stains, and makup all over the pillows and bed. Most of the lights didn't work, and same with the hot water. Complete rip-off.
