Dunkin' - Fall River

This is me and my wife's favorite Dunkin Donuts location. The staff is always friendly and I'm pretty sure by now they know what we'll order before we start. The orders are always done right and the coffee is always delicious. No matter how long the line is we can always count on it moving fast. If you need some Dunkin in your life, this is the spot to go for it.

One of the local dunks that actually makes your coffee exactly how you order it. True coffee drinkers know not every dunks has good coffee makers. This location has yet to disappoint. Keep up the great work guys, it's noticed appreciated!

Although today's experience wasn't as good as usual for this location, this is normally a great Dunkin Donuts to stop by. They are usually fast and experienced, especially during early morning hours, but I visited during the late morning this time, which perhaps was after a shift change. It wasn't busy when I arrived but became busy shortly after I put in my order; typical of these types of take out fast food/coffee shop restaurants. I don't want, to sound like an old crab, but today àn old cliche occurred; there was an older woman working her butt off by herself, whilè at least four younger employees were in the back chatting, texting, and basically not doing their job. The older lady, whom I presume to be the manager, or at least should be for her efforts, seamed frustrated and called the girls out and they quickly came to attendance at their positions. My coffee was great and the sandwich was decent so I really can't complain. This was a typical experience for a Dunkin... Overall, it was an average experience one would expect from a Dunkin Donuts restaurant. Would have been rated 5 stars if I was impressed... I would stop by again as I have many times and would also recommend to my friends. Hey, if you want a quick sandwich, donut, and coffee, then stop on by. It is also literally (Literally! across from the 195 E/W Highway ramps to get on and off the highway. You can't go wrong!

I love Jenny ahe is amazing always makes my coffee perfect.her attitude starts my day off wonderful wish there were more of her in all places I go ...she is absolutely great at her job. I love her!!!! Her smile her just saying hello and remembering ppl orders is amazing .and they always have the same workers so that show they have a great team and I see it daily they all work together to make sure we get out food hot and our coffee perfect...o will never go else where this is one of the very best dunkin donuts around ...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK JENNY WE ALL LOVE GOING HERE AND YOU HAVE ALIT TO DO WITH THAT TY ..

Staff is friendly especially Sandy. Always has my coffee made right
