What can I say? Although it's a chain here, they have the best pizza in the city.

Terrible. I ordered a steak plate w/ extra onions, and I got this afternover waiting one hour...a shaved steak, one side of Mac salad and onions. Tiny servings, no meat sauce and nothing that compares with a garbage dish. Pitiful for $16.

Not what this place used to be. This used to be the place that we ordered from that never disappointed. I ordered a large pizza last Friday 5/27 and just didn't seem like it was cooked long enough, yet when husband brought it home, it was as if it had already sat out for an hour. Too much cheese and sauce to the point it was just messy with a thick layer of cheese, not that melty cheesy goodness, the pepperoni was soggy, and the dough was also soggy like bread, not like a crispy crust. Today we went in just for a quick slice. The pizza was piping hot, ok great, but again, way too much cheese and sauce, like thick layer of cheese, and gobs of sauce. The dough was also super soft too that I debated putting it in the air fryer when I got home. I think they got new staff and it shows. My husband said a few young kids standing around tonight doing nothing while one guy was working the counter.

Very clean business. Good food. Friendly staff. Good service. Delicious pizza.

It is a crime that we have lost Arrivederci in this place, for almost twenty years they have been making terrible food. I miss when Fairport GOOD had subshops, that was not true in decades. Perinton Pizza makes the best cake hand down here if you order go to them.
