Wendy's - Fairlawn

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. Today, there was a longer line than at the neighboring restaurant, which is a good sign. The quality of the food is consistently good and the service is reasonably fast. The breakfast options are surprisingly delicious. Be sure to try the spicy chicken biscuit with honey!

What has happened to the customer service at this restaurant? It seems to be getting worse and worse every time we give them another chance. Today, I ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger but received a regular cheeseburger instead. I found the sandwiches to be poorly made, with bacon that had already been touched by two other hands. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they just gave me a smirk and did not apologize. Even after asking for the sandwich to be remade, the staff member at the counter insisted that it was made correctly. This is not the first time I have received the wrong order at this restaurant – about six months ago I ordered a chicken sandwich and was given a burger instead. I will not be returning to this place and do not recommend it to anyone else.

I went to Wendy's in Norton, Ohio and the employee taking my order was rude and impatient. I waited for over 10 minutes at the speaker for her to take my order. I decided to leave and instead went to Wendy's in Montrose-Fairlawn where the staff were all wonderful. It was a much better experience compared to the poor service at the Norton location.

The employee working the drive-thru on Sunday morning, February 27th, was perhaps the friendliest person I have ever encountered at any restaurant. If you keep him happy, he will surely keep your customers happy. His rare and positive attitude was truly appreciated.

Ordered a biggie bag with a bacon cheese burger got a cheese burger plain nothing on it just cheese tried to call back but they nevered answer not to mention ask for reciept .was not able to get.
