Fairfield Pizzeria

Wow!!! Great Pizza!! Stopped here passing through. I will seek it out on the way through next time. As soon as you walk in you know it's the real deal! Had spinach wheels. No smearing, token amount of spinach here, they were loaded. And the eggplant, zucchini pizza was to die for. I was kind of full after the spinach wheel so I thought I would just take a little of the slice of eggplant, zuke pizza and a little of the pesto pizza. I couldn't put the first one down until the slice was 3/4 eaten and the pesto pizza was equally hard to abandon. I have a rule of not eating pizza until I'm stuffed because I seem to get fuller and fuller later. I stick to that rule. Didn't this time. But there were so many well balanced veggies on the pizza that I didn't feel grossly, over full later or at any point. It wasn't greasy. The crust was thin and crispy and the sauce, cheese, veggies and spices were in perfect balance. I felt as if I'd eater real food, not junk food, when I was done.

Best pizza in Fairfield for sure! My company has been using Fairfield Pizza for Christmas luncheons, business meetings ect. and they have always done a GREAT job. The price is just right.
