Wild Chicken - Fairfax

Redisserie was dry and bland (not especially). the person at the bank has no geduld (truly annoyed) if he asked me what kind of yuca I want as my side and cannot give him the right answer. I didn't know there was another type of yuca?!

My favorite Peruvian huh in the opposite. 1/2 huh with yucca is mine to go.

Very good Peruvian style wood charcoal huh. eating is fresh and has a great traditional season. the personal is friendly. it is best for the execution.

I've been here for years. my wife is addicted to this huh. the best Peruvian huh we ever had. also the yuka is great. we usually get a full chicken flour for today and love it so much we get a second meal for tomorrow. hidden jem in the heart of fairfax. Do not forget to taste the inca cola. also the white sauce is great on everything. the green sauce is the best jalapeno sauce for huh I still found.

This is one of my favorite places to eat of all time. I moved out of the area over a decade ago and I visit this spot every time I’m in town. The chicken and the green and white sauce are incredible.
