I take back all the bad things I have said in the past. three times I came and stood up and went because the service was slow and that was also moderate. Today, however, the salsa was great and the service was great and I had the best wobble rings I ever had. my friend had a steak and it was cooked to perfection. I had the chili relleno could use a little more flavor to my taste, but overall very good. I will place this restaurant on my list of restaurants to visit
Day layer barkeeper makes killer, delicious, mixed margaritas. flauta paired perfectly, beforehand by crisp, warm, chips and fresh salsa. everything was delicious enough to call a little meal. amanda was very attentive and we left there full beak, happy, laughing and eager to come back.
Some of the best Mexican you can find in Fairbanks. I'd rate it above Gallo's or Taco King in quality. If you've had Mexican in the Southwest US, this won't be the best place you've ever been, but it cuts above its weight compared to a lot of places in Cali, Texas, and Arizona that I've been to. I tried a few tacos, enchiladas, flautas, and quesadillas and they were all good. Their specialty, the Tacos al Pastor were the best, but everything they served was flavorful and the meat was juicy.
Salsa was good, the fire roasted tomatoes have it a good flavor. Asada fajitas were good and perfect portion for 1. The loaded shredded beef nachos were stacked and the large was more than enough for 1 person. Restaurant was clean and staff were very polite. Prices were great.
