Sage Restaurant - Fair Lawn

An excellent restaurant BYOB with fantastic food and phenomenal service. It has been a lot and has never been disappointed. What I love is that if you have a reservation, you don't have to wait and sit immediately. During our last two visits in Sage, our server Darren (and Evan) was one of the best ever. He was friendly, accommodating and didn't rush us a bit. He was fun to be there. The owner Rob is also great. As I said, if you have a reservation, Rob will take you right away. Both Rob, Darren and the entire staff provide a wonderful culinary experience.

I called a last minute reservation and was asked to come. Group of 4 of us, with many other diners and a waiter. Service was great and the food was delicious as usual. We closed the store! Would recommend this restaurant to everyone and will be back.

Birthday dinner for my BFF. Service excellent, very professional. Calamari appetizer addicted. Chicken dish: abundant and tasty. Crusty Custard: sooo good!

Dinner was amazing at this place. I called about a week ahead of time to make a reservation. When we arrived we waited less than 5 min for our table to be ready. Everything was covid friendly- paper menus they throwaway after we used, everyone wearing masks and gloves, and every table was socially distant. It was a great place to be the ambiance is perfect for a family dinner or date night. The food here is amazing I wish I got pictures of it to show you. I highly recommend the Thai calamari and shrimp the flavor is awesome. It is byob which is nice they ice whatever you bring and pour it for for you which is a really nice touch. We brought beer and mike yards and it was great. They packed away the leftovers for us to bring back including the beverages we didn't drink. The service is amazing always checking in and asking what we needed. After we ate the bread an appetizers the food came out quickly after. It was amazing and the portions are great sizes. The menus they provide are great and have so many options as well. You can't go wrong coming to sage I highly recommend. I came here for my graduation lunch, date night dinner with my boyfriend and even my birthday dinner with my family. This place never disappoints.
