Meals disappointing was very fat and chewing. service was very good, but let them go with the entire meal

Excellent Sunday dinner, great service, a little inexpensive as pub lunches go, but it would not scare us off from the return, it is not all about eating the beer and ambiente perfect for a hidden gem. only small moan, the plates were cold, so the lunchtime cooled. too fast. we're coming back.

The titanic may have sunk, but this ship has reappeared. stored by the bake of the pub, as this is a really wonderful place pub. cozy bars, log fire, great ales from the exeter brewery and excellent eating from the right short menu. cloby chips, perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside with fluffy centers. presented in good pub guide and good beer guide. great crew. heartfelt best wishes for the future.

Beautiful that the hour glass from dez is opened again under the wing of the exeter brewery, it is a nice pub. from us went to Sunday dinner for a birthday party and all had a brilliant time. the food was excellent and. the service error-free. will be back.

I have finally found a great pub. The food is fantastic and the beer is excellent. As a former bar cellar person with experience at top Whitbread top Brewers fare, I can attest to the quality. The service is great and there is a real fire. A must visit if you are in Exeter.
