Big Bun Exeter

The delivery from Deliveroo was fast and the food arrived piping hot. The gluten-free buns and vegan burger were delicious. I was surprised that there aren't more reviews for this restaurant.

Order took a hour and a half to get here. When it arrived food was cold and soggy. Wouldn’t get again.

I ordered from a restaurant through Just Eat, but my order was completely wrong. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered and the call was eventually disconnected. When I went to the address provided, I discovered it was actually a trading estate and not a restaurant. I contacted Just Eat through their online chat, but they were unhelpful and refused to provide a refund, insisting I contact the restaurant instead. I asked for further contact information, but they declined. The next day, I tried again with the same result. Eventually, I found a Just Eat number to call, and they were able to provide a refund of £5.00. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I ended up not eating anything.

The food was delivered late and, although the Mexi Amigo burger was tasty, it did not justify the £13.95 cost. Additionally, I was unable to upgrade to fries.

I’m surprised this place hasn’t got many trip advisor comments especially good ones! Great burgers delivered, second time now , had something different, we had the American burger but another one half price! Great flavour , great buns and meat choice and most of all love the chips! How you cook them and keep them and the burgers well heated ect while delivering is lush! We live in alphinton not far but still great food and service!! Well done to all the staff!
