Rock 'n Fun - Ewa Villages

Don’t bother coming here for the DDR machine. Apparently recently updated, swiped my card and found all the old, original songs were gone. There were only maybe 7-10 songs on there, all of which I’ve never heard of in my lifetime of playing DDR. Also, the arcade tech who works there has a disgusting attitude. I asked at the counter what happened to the DDR machine, they tell me the tech who was standing behind me had just updated it. He immediately goes, “If you want to complain, complain to Konami.” I wasn’t trying to even complain at first, I was just asking what happened. But his attitude was so gross. Why instantly assume I’m trying to complain and what a stupid suggestion to tell customers to complain to a big company who won’t care. Awful customer service. I DID NOT COME THERE FOR YOUR DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. Will never return here and I hope this place goes out of business honestly. Just because of this one interaction. What happened to customer service these days?

Decent games. Food is average but pricey. The kids had fun but very high cost per game.

My kids enjoy the games and food especially the milk shake. For me, it’s the bar where I can sit and have a few and stil able to keep an eye on my kiddos!

Love to take my daughter and niece here. Already made diamond lol

This place is really good I recommend it if you wanna win lots of prizes and have lots of fun and it's not crowded or anything you can really breath and the managers really nice I recommend it 110%!
