Gyu-kaku Japanese Bbq - Ewa Villages

We had a party of over 50 to celebrate our mothers passing and chose this restaurant to host us. Notified restaurant week in advance and the service the food was so so bad that we had to wait so long for food and service. When we ordered the ribeye it looked like little discarded pieces of meat!!!!!!! The burners were not all working so we had to share the burners with 8 to 10 ppl on a table. 2 Small rice bowls were served to a table of 10 and we were expected to share that!!!!!! Wtheck I don’t recommend this place for large parties or even smaller parties. Service really really slow. Cuts of meat is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!

The service was really bad. Waitress was not interested. It seemed like she did not want to be there. She did not explain anything to us. The food was below average. The restaurant looked filthy! The whole experience was an absolute disappointment! We regret going there and won't go there again.

Really good food in a great area. Fantastic parking, great price, endless s’mores.

Love this chain, but this location needs work. The staff was great and friendly but the place needs to be cleaned and taken care of.
