Przekaż informację zwrotnąRalph was absolutely awesome. He is knowledgeable with his products, noticed that the coffee didn’t feel hot enough and made the effort to correct it. Making sure we didn’t leave with a product that would meet our expectations. He was friendly and overall we had a great drive through experience. That says a lot for such a short transaction time. I also need to say that this Starbucks is usually very busy and each time I’ve come here, the service is stellar. The SM and shift managers should be proud of putting together a great staff as well as great training.
The drinks are very inconsistent, especially the cold brews. For how busy this location is I’m surprised they’re not better
Anyone can pour coffee. Howard Schultz began a different experience that was not a vending machine. This location removed the food display and subtracted seats. It should be a drive through only or return to what Starbucks intended. This is my least favorite Starbucks of the entire chain in 30 plus countries.
Excellent service and good coffee and food. Been here few times. Consistency amazing!
