Beautiful terrace overlooking lake, but what a waste! The staff is missing. We came around noon with my friend enjoying the terrace, drinking a drink and eating afterwards but after 30 minutes waiting, no one came to see us. I can understand a lack of staff but the terrace was empty and in addition an employee passes by, we call it and it orders us (very angry) to wait. Half an hour after anyone.. Is that how we welcome guests? We live in Evian and this is not our first visit, we love to come to the SPA, the frame is beautiful but what damage to the terrace, we no longer return.
