Thick, juicy, fried breaded chicken breast with the perfect amount of sauce glazing the top. Absolutely falls apart in your mouth. Add a splash of the Alabama sauce to diversify the flavor, and a side of fries and you cannot go wrong. It's a bit messy so ask for extra napkins. And if you're feeling like you need to level up a bit, make sure to ask for a shot of St. Elmo's fire.
This would have gotten 5 stars because the food was amazing but the waiter was very hateful. If you see the skinny little guy with a long earring in his right ear ask for a different wait staff tm
The staff at the bar station is extremely friendly and personable. They are attentive and engaging. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is a must-try item on the menu. It features a thick, juicy, roasted chicken breast with just the right amount of sauce glaze on top. It practically melts in your mouth. For added flavor, try a splash of Alabama sauce. Pair it with a side of fries for a satisfying meal. The restaurant can get a bit messy, so be sure to ask for extra napkins. And if you're in the mood for a drink, don't hesitate to order a shot of St. Elmo's fire.
The previous menu and way of operating were much better. It seems like there may have been a change in ownership during Covid. The restaurant seems unsure of its identity - is it a quick serve counter, a bar, or both? The beer selection used to be more focused on local breweries, but now it seems to only feature beers from craft breweries that are part of the AB InBev conglomerate. Unfortunately, there is no beer list and the staff is not knowledgeable about the offerings. I had to physically go back to look at the options and even then, I ended up with something different than what I ordered. The food is decent, but not as unique as it used to be. Given its location, it's uncertain how long this place will survive, but hopefully they can improve and thrive.
The service at the bar was excellent. I personally enjoyed the previous fusion menu more than the new one. Luckily, they still offer the delicious pig and fig pizza, as well as a variety of other pizzas. However, the rest of the menu seemed like typical smokehouse food and nothing particularly impressed my group.
