Wow… haven’t been to subway in a while, maybe Publix has spoiled me. The customer service was AWFUL. Some friend and the employee were gossiping when I walked in and the employe hardly cared about what he was doing. This was 8:15pm the receipt says 8:33.I didn’t even get my large drink I paid for and did not go back due to the awful experience…My sandwich is falling apart, just food thrown on it because he obviously didn’t care… really sucks… : this use to be a good subway apparently something happened… I hope this changes because Subway use to be my go to :(Friendliness could have seriously changed my whole experience.
Horrible service from the people who work there they should be trained more. My sandwich look like pancake!!! I ask for toppings on a side and she Said WHY!!! For my money I should be respected more. Second with same gloves that she handles food she took my money touch the register return change and serve others with same gloves. That is SALMONELLA!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
The lady seemed annoyed with me, kept correcting me on terminology, tried to tell me how I wanted my order and over all made me feel stupid. Was very awkward and very intimidating kind of atmosphere. I wouldn’t go back if she was making my subs.
