Domino's Pizza - Euless

I have to leave a review!! I have never received such wonderful customer service from any Domino before! I ordered the wrong toppings on my pizza online. I called the store to correct it, but already expects a “no”. I was confused to answer someone in such a happy, warm tone of voice and ready to help me. Jacob corrected my order and was incredibly sweet. When I got to pick up, my order came out quickly! Again my experience was increased. Shout to Jacob and his team to make this experience unforgettable!! My pizzas were delicious! Thank you for everything you do!!

Can’t entirely remember her name maybe Isabella? but either way our delivery driver was super bubbly, kind and attentive and of course dominos is always the perfect quick pizza so will definitely be ordering again!

Worst pizza I’ve ever received. Had many dough bubbles, barely any sauce, and most of the slices with the air bubbles had nothing on them. Waste of money, threw most of it away.

Called Friday morning (7.21.23) to place a order. The guy freaked out and said he couldn’t do it. He had too many orders and the pizza will be done 4 to 5 hours later. He put me on hold and than hung up the phone. I called a neighboring store and she got it done without the drama. Won’t be coming to the Euless location.

Had to update my review from 3 years ago. i have ordered like 6 times know and all 6 were the best i have ever gotten from them the pizza fresh out the oven piping hot and delicious and the deliver is fast to and i know ii live like 3 min from the store but its alway fresh and hot not like other delivery place that take multiple order at a time. keep up the good work
