Forgot the gravy for my orders! Tasted like leftovers!

Everything was great. What we've come to expect at W/H.

I come in on a Sunday morning, I expect it to be at capacity as it always is. No problem. I ask to place an order and I’m told to wait because they’re behind on orders. No problem. People come in after me and sit in and get serviced before me. Problem. Some 15 minutes later after it’s calmed down, I’m not being serviced. Place my order, proceed to pay for my food and it’s abnormally high. I tip and ask for my receipt. I’ve been charged a service charge a Togo fee and I left a tip on my own. The problem is, who exactly is going to read that little sign that explains 20% is added to all to go orders. Do better and make the sign NOTICEABLY AVAILABLE to read. There’s no point in making a fuss, because I tip regardless but I’m not over tipping for a to go order, Adrian was good, no harm to her. I doubt I’ll be returning and my fiancé and I eat here almost every weekend or every other.

They will purposely overcharge your bill and dare you to do something about it. Food was good though but not worth the trouble.

First visit to this location was enjoyable. I was surprised as to how small the inside was. Grabbed a seat and was waited on in just a few minutes. The food came out hot and in a timely manner. I didn't encounter any issues during my visit. Waitstaff was nice,atmosphere was ok,food was delicious. I was impressed with my first visit,I'll be back.
