Mountain Home Cafe - ESTES PARK

I have the English muffin breakfast sandwich. sooo yummy tasty. That's exactly what I wanted. hot chocolate was a lot for a person, but again it was warm delicious! avmy was our server. sooo sweet friendly.

I never had a bad meal here. I try something new every time and I'm always impressed.

We have tried a few places in estes park to breakfast, but this is the best place at the bottom. super affordable and eating is amazing! when they have the chance while they are in the city, they come to this place!

Mountain Home is one of my favorite local restaurants. They're only open for breakfast and lunch, so this restaurant tends to be my go-to when my family is looking for a good meal early in the day. Cinnamon Swirled French Toast is pictured but my favorites on the menu tend to be on the more savory side: The Torta, Arizona Hash Browns, Southwestern Quesadilla... Whatever you choose from the menu, you will not be disappointed! Olga and her husband Enrique have embraced the Estes Park community by providing meals and books to those in need and constantly finding ways to give back. They have stepped up each time there has been a need or crisis and offered a hand to their neighbors. There is also a super sweet complimentary library of books (in English and Spanish) at the front counter for children to take one home each time they come in! We absolutely love the food and staff at this local restaurant.

We love supporting local but with so many competitive places in Estes, I’m surprised you’re still in business. Got eggs Benedict. Eggs were just cooked over easy, not poached. Bunch of freezer potatoes and sweet potatoes that were dry as the Sahara desert. Best part was the peppermint hot chocolate that prolly came from a bag of powder.Ate here a year ago, same experience. Thought maybe it was a one off. Sadly no.
