Caffe Nero - Epsom and Ewell

I stopped by while waiting for my car to be serviced. The sofas at Nero were comfortable, as always, and the coffee was nice. However, it would be great to have some phone charging points - they are always hard to find in the UK. The restaurant also needs a deep clean; I noticed a coffee-splattered wall in front of me that has clearly not been cleaned recently.

I must say, there is a Barista working at this restaurant who is incredibly friendly, positive, and uplifting. I have visited twice in the past 2 weeks and every time, people inside have been commenting on how lovely she is and how she is always smiling. I unfortunately do not know her name, but I want to give her a huge shout out and hope that Caffè Nero recognizes what a valuable asset she is to their company!

My wife and I stopped by this restaurant for a quick lunch. We both enjoyed the pole line tuna melt panini at Caffe Nero. The staff was friendly, but we were disappointed to find our table was not very clean. The seats were also very dusty in the back. Unfortunately, this experience means we will not be returning to eat here again.

One of best Coffee shop in Epsom, the menu is very reasonable price, furniture is looking very modern style! The staff is very friendly and helpful, if you would like to come and enjoy one of best Coffee or a cake. For me I would say this Cafe Nero is top class coffee shop, especially lovely mini town centre.
