Uni Bochum Mensa & Bistro

Einmal zu Mittag dort gewesen, weil Catering einer Veranstaltung im Gebäude an der ich teilnahm sehr begrenzt war. Für 4€ gibt es eine volle Mahlzeit mit Getränk und Salat, gutes Mensa Essen, sicher kein Gourmet aber gut für den Preis!

Mensa, or a student cafeteria is just the simplest of eateries. Uni Bochum Mensa was once one of the worst student cafeterias in Germany until before it was renovated. I have enough reasons to complain 20 years ago. However, it has been much improved since then. If you want to have a lunch with cheap price, just go there and choose one dish.

I spent some days at Ruhr University of Bochum during January 2016. This is the main restaurant of the university. Very crowded between 13-15. There are 6 main dishes every day plus several options of salads, etc. Very good option if you are student or just a visitor of the university. The quality of food is well above average compared to similar places around Europe. The cost is minimal, ~5 EUR for a good lunch. Above the restaurant there is a place where you can relax with some coffee or chocolate.

Ich finde den Preis-Qualität und Geschmacks Verhältnis ist für ein Studenten ganz in Ordnung.Vor allem schmeckt der Schokopudding ausgezeichnet.Dank: Es gibt Halal Döner und zwar jeden Morgen Tag.Kritik: Dönerteller lag früher ca. bei 2,50€ und nun 3,30€ :(

Mi è capitato di mangiare qui con la famiglia della mia ragazza. Una bella scoperta. All'interno dell'università. Una struttura dei primi anni sessanta. Ricorda molto lo stile industriale della zona. Si tratta di una mensa self service con ampia scelta. Prezzo bassissimo. Per un piatto e un insalata meno di 5 euro a persona. Per gli studenti costa addirittura meno. Un ambiente tranquillo e intellettuale. Mi è piaciuto. P.s.caffè espresso non male. Parola di italiano.
