Vivi Phở Arapahoe - Englewood

The food and drinks at this restaurant are excellent. We were extremely pleased with our experience. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10.

The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the restaurant is spotless with charming decor. My dad and I both have sensitive stomachs and are intolerant to many things, primarily gluten, dairy, and preservatives. However, we always leave this place feeling refreshed and well-nourished rather than bloated and fatigued. That really speaks to the quality of the ingredients they use. Additionally, my partner has a peanut allergy, and even though our meals came topped with crushed peanuts, he experienced no issues with cross-contamination; the kitchen must be very clean and organized. After our first visit, we were genuinely thrilled! The restaurant is somewhat tucked away, but it truly deserves more recognition. As for vegetarian options, there is a fantastic variety available, with an entire section of the menu dedicated to vegetarian and vegan dishes. Vietnamese cuisine naturally offers plenty of gluten-free and dairy-free options as well, so there's something for everyone here!

This Pho spot is really good! Ordered the shredded chicken Pho Ga soup, Beef Lo mein, and cheese wontons. All the food was delicious and well portioned. They have plenty of selections, so will be back to try more. The facility is very nice and clean.

Oh my gosh, this was Pho-king AMAZING!!! Seriously, every single thing we had was delicious. From the pink drink with popping boba, the spring rolls, the BIGGEST bowl of pho I've ever had (and for less than $13!!! C'mon!! , and the banana rolls and pie filled wantons.... Holy cow...we have enough left overs for several days and still left feeling completely stuffed. The service was great, even tho we showed up pretty close to closing, they didn't make us feel rushed or like they were annoyed, they just served us quickly, which was perfect. I wish I lived in Denver, I would be here at least weekly!!
