IHOP - Englewood

So I want to give my server Arnissia FIVE STARS all the way over the board, but the evil lady Beactriz Colon must be fired. She's not kind at all and her customer service skills are in the garbage. She would work better with a truck company!!!! She gave me my husband and mother-in-law the wrong menu and when she asked about the right thing, she gave us an attitude as if we had just killed her family or something. Some people do not have to work in specific areas!!!

I was in the early Sunday morning with my Neice, who participated in the special Olympic games at the new Jersey State College. The waitress was great. She made my kidneys feel very comfortable. That made the rest of her day good. Thank you.

Go in wait 15 minutes no one comes to you to see that you come other people after and was still waiting, no one acknowledge us restaurant was not full on all they just see you like if you don't even offer us a cup of water will not go back they don't recommend a place to everyone

Bought breakfast for the family, food was great not too salty as last time BUT they need to call customers, restaurant if you are for picking up, regardless of what the text they send you, call them when you are out. I waited 20 minutes.

Shaherra was excellent it was a little slow day at the time I was there but very attentive and very nice...She was patient and listen to my 2little ladies placing there order even when the changed their mind...Would definitely return to her section as my Waitress...
