Hot Wok - Enfield

We ordered online, eating came nice and hot and was good value for money. the portions are very generous, as we had often eaten. when our food was delivered by the driver, he asked for a tip! I know it is. christmas, but in the rule, in my book, it is nice to give the driver a tipp that should come unexpectedly but not to ask for one at the door!

We ordered on Friday night and they surprised us when their usual slow delivery really showed up fast (duely fast when they follow. within an hour of eating my wife began to throw. this lasted until the next day she had cramps and dreadful diarrhea. I also suffered with diarrhea and the worst of our year is projectile for hours and strongly dehydrated. by covid we do not mix with other people and are double cautiously handwashed and general hygiene so that it had to be eating. if they want to risk the health of their family, then go on and eat from here.

Order online and had an estimated time for delivery in about an hour, I get this on a Saturday night, but if it was late and I was calling for an update I was always lied to his status. said it had gone...for delivery and they could not locate the driver, then they finally admitted that my order was not even cooked! avoid this disappointing excuse for a Chinese delivery.

Don't order them from here. I hired an order that got it wrong and lasted an hour, then I wouldn't be refunded because we had spoons of tear. very rude, bad service, not order from here.

My mum and dad use this takeaway quite often. Now I understand why. The food is first class and with the kitchen in full view of customers you can see the chefs cook it for you. Some reviews have been critical of the service but...it’s not really surprising as they are so busy. Ask yourself why they are so busy? I recommend you forgive them for any possible small misdemeanour and try them out. The food is genuinely good!
