Dunkin' - Enfield

This was a show! Employees obviously despised each other and made no effort to hide it lots of angry yelling at each other! Computer systems were down making things even worse! Coffee and food was as expected!

Not bad. Just wish they would keep front counter open and not just drive threw. I get a lot of places are having staffing issues but shut down drive threw and keep front counter open so people with trucks and trailers can still get coffee.

The people working were kind and helpful when I had questions. Friendly environment

I had gone to the west Lebanon dunkin donuts, then the Lebanon dunkin donuts and both my machiattos tasted like sewage. I finally went to this one to get it remade and the lady not only made it perfectly, but was also very kind and waited for me to try it before I left to make sure it was good. Best machiatto I've had in a long time!

Very quick and attentive employees. They try to get your orders prompt and correctly but when it's short staffed it can be a delay. Overall great job these folks do and I applauded them. Thank you for working to get us our coffee.
