Y i watched a customer who was in a foul mood treat one of your employees Sean terrible! She complained about the amount of meat, never responded to his attempt to engage her in conversation, and basically tried to shut him down in every way! Sean kept a wonderful smile on his face, treated her great, and never let it get to him! Thought you would want to know what a great employee he is!

Stayed at a hotel on the otherside of the freeway and didn't think I was going to make it there in time before they closed, so I called and asked if I could possibly make it there in time and the employee by the name of Tracey took my order over the phone and had everything ready when I walked in the door. She didn't have to do that, she could've said their closed. Thank You
