The House And Barn - Emmaus

As a self-proclaimed food nob, I was so impressed by the culinary experience we had in the house tonight. We started with the meat and cheese plate and the gnocchi little plate... my God. What an excellent start to eat. I am a big fan of duck breast and I am constantly looking for a new favorite preparation of the plate and tonight I found it. My husband's steak literally melts in my mouth. The Elvis Dessert was just OK, but that's good. I am a saving person and will return absolutely. Soon.

We had the bowl and eat shrimps. We are very picky about these appetizers, as we are on a seafood diet. They didn't disappoint. I had the grilled cheese w tomatoes, mushrooms and herbs w a side of the green. Chewy, gooey yumminess. A tad greasy but I'm pretty sure this should be a grilled Cheez. My Hubby had the pulled pig w a delicious sharp tasting bbq sauce. Not the sick, sweet way, but the delicious tasty vinegar. The purple cabbage Cole Slav was wonderful. I couldn't have done it better and I'm not sorry to ask for the prescription. Beautiful atmosphere in the barn. Excellent friendly and professional servers. A wonderful surprise stop thanks to Yelp. A wonderful stop, even if it is out of the way, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I had our first meals in the house tonight. Our server, Kate was worth knowing about the menu and the wine list. She has made some recommendations that improved our culinary experience. The kitchen offered dish to dish that was tasty, inspired, and each presentation was more beautiful than the one before. It was unforgettable! Thank you.

My family often enjoyed meals both in the house and in the bars, but before my daughter's engagement I had not thought of this site as a venue for a wedding/reception. We started our adventure in the night before the updates with our rehearsal dinner in the upper level of bars after the decoration of the lower level for the next festivities. The next day we had a nice wedding outside on the grounds, followed by a reception in the lower level of the bars. I would highly recommend this facility for its incredible staff who are trying to make any event from the owner to the event coordinator to the waiter, everyone is unbelievable to the needs of their guests. Less we don't forget the cook and kitchen staff the food was incredible! This is a great place to make memories!

Great atmosphere and beautiful place! Staff was extremely nice and friendly and I really enjoyed the wonderful service. Food was excellent. I recommend this place to all who seek a great time.
