Stopped for lunch on a long drive. The attached store is bigger and better stocked than a Cracker Barrel... great place to shop for gifts of all kinds! The restaurant was a little dark and outdated, but who cares when the seats are comfortable, the view out the window is nice, the food is good, and the service is great! Excellent BLT with tater tots and yummy Mac salad. Very reasonable prices, too! We were at the Plaza Tuesday October 17 around 5:00 pm. Sierra was our waitress. She was excellent, very pleasant and was waiting on a least 6 other tables and still took care of us. I usually don't write reviews but she really impressed me. I used to be a manager of a fast food restaurant, so I know a exceptional worker when I see one. She is a keeper. Also food was excellent. We had the Chicken stew and a delicious fish sandwich.

They have some cute things to walk around and look at while you stretch your legs. The beef vegetable soup (from restaurant) was good. Whoever is in the kitchen is awesome. The Catfish dinner is amazing and the pie is the best I've ever had. Parking: There is a large car parking lot, as well as, truck and RV parking.
