Don't follow through with customer service promise and although you don't expect it, disappointing that you would offer and not fulfill. Do better . It shows how customers are treated. There used to be a Filipino family that run this place like a 5-star coffee joint. The new staff seems disinterested and not as friendly with customers. Still a descent location but not what it used to be.
