Zenwich - Elmhurst

Zenwich is a small casual sandwich, salad soup. We had the veggie tempura sandwich and the tofu satay sandwich. They were both delicious. Vegan goods were clearly marked. I'd never eat here again.

THE BREAD IS NOT VEGAN. They will not say that. They will not correct you. I have gone 4 times. The first time I asked Is the bread vegan and they said yes. I ask the same question the second and third time. Same answer. The fourth time, they told me it isn 't. I am actually really annoyed about that. So now I get the tofu satay (actually vegan) on a rice wrap. Super good!

Great food! That's a great taste. Spicy Garlic Shrimp was my favorite, but I went through the whole menu. Wasn't disappointed yet. Just try everything!

This is really one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten... Panko crumbled crab meat and green with garlic sauce packed in this rice package was amazing... Seriously, a sandwich with a rice pack (do not think fried spring rolls) was a delightful surprise... I'm sure I'll be back...

Everything here is delicious. I've been here since they opened up, and I've never been disappointed. My favorite is the crabcake sandwich. My daughter likes the Tofu curry. I tried the Korean cheese steak this time and it was amazing like everything else. The house made chips have a beautiful spicy taste. Whatever you get will love you. The Koleslaws are also great.
