Landhaus Saggau - Ellerau

Unfortunately, Saggau is not even around the corner for me in order to regularly pick up breakfast or cake consumption. Here in the village area, the café is an institution. I was here for the first time for breakfast at 10:30, so we were probably with the last. The (usually white gray hairy other guests were surely already here with opening at 8:30; that would also explain why from 13:15 the first (not few guests came and asked for cake. According to employees, the huge cake/pie counter is only open from 14h (and I'm pretty sure that all the early arrivals knew *g* . At 13:40, the staff was beaten and the cake sales started. The snake went endlessly long to the outside. But the sale ran extremely fixed and well organized. As a rule, new cakes were added in order to have always filled the counter. Personally, I would have liked to have seen signs at the cakes, because one could not always recognize the ingredients. So the employees have to name the cakes one or the other time. But the majority of the guests seemed to know, many even brought their own cake containers. Almost all went with a quite big to go package. From our breakfast place we had a good look at the drive. If you are a cafe visitor, you can sit in a small separate snake and get his piece directly on a plate. Of course, we also had cakes as dessert, but the breakfast before is also worth mentioning and I also like to give the full five stars. A nice selection on one floor, fresh fruit, agitator, delicious rolls, coffee rich...Great: And everything in a very pleasant atmosphere and a great service I can only recommend!

Riiiiieeeesen cake pieces at reasonable prices. A typical village café. There are constantly changing cakes, whose normal pieces are as big as two pieces (who should do that?? Very cool you can also order two half pieces to 3,50 €, which are then as big as two normal pieces elsewhere. And more does not fit into the stomach To choose from there are raspberry mascarpone, mocha cream, egg liqueur, stagberry baiser, nugat Krokant,......

Family and rural. ... haven't been sleeping so well for a long time. unfortunately the restaurant had rest day.

I can't judge eating was a rest day. Rooms are OK.
