Tomaselli's Pastry Mill & Cafe - Elkton

Stop on Highway 38. Whether I'm looking for a meal, an espresso, a snack or a foliage bread to go home, I'm always holding to Tomaselli's. They have a bakery with pastries and biscuits as well as fresh bread and a few other gourmet drinks for sale along with wines from various local wineries. The real treat is the restaurant. They have a wide range of choices on their menu as well as daily specialties. I love stopping here for breakfast. You can get traditional bacon and eggs or an untraditional eggplant and eggs. The 8-garden and pecan hotcakes with blueberries are my personal favorite. If you have an early flight from Eugene, call me. I'd just stop you for a chance for breakfast at Tomaselli.

Wow! All they serve is simply amazing! We stopped a few times on the way to the coast, getting something else and it was all amazing! Not only the food delicious is the service fast and friendly. They feel like family.

On the way to Florence from the interstate 5, this is a great place to stop for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack. Lots of pastries, pies and yummy goodness. Definitely start with the hot chocolate, it's made with milk, topped with homemade whipped cream in a giant cup. Their coffee is good too. I of course had the green eggs and ham and my son had Dick's omelet. Nice touch with sliced almonds on the green eggs, and a large pile of cheese in Dick's omelet. If you are in the mood for some wine or beer with your dining experience, then head to the right when you enter, the wood fire room with a bar and very group friendly seating to make new friends or show the ones you are with, a good time. The menus have a great selection and value. If that's all not enough, the cherry on top is the service with Fay greeting as you warmly as you enter, to the smiles of the servers. Hanna took care of my son and I. She was a sweetheart. While the quality and the taste of the food is important, a beautiful smile and great service always makes the food taste better.

Really good chai and they make thier own pastries. Definitely a nice place to stop at.

Really cute. Good coffee, but needs to FILL the cups. People were so nice!!!
