Casey's - Elkhart

First time eating there. I ate a wrap I wish I had known that they watered down their ranch dressing. It's very peculiar to me why they do this practice to save 3 cents and lose more money from people not returning.

There is a girl that works there that is super rude all the time. I think her name is Rashanda or something. I won't be back. Get people that actually care about other people and maybe I'll return.

People making food are extremely slow. Was told 10 mins for a pizza and they did nothing for 10mins and then started making it. Wouldn’t of been a big deal if he would of said it would take longer initially. Do not recommend if your time is of any importance because to the employees you are not

They had a good sale on drinks. We had a bit of trouble trying to prepay for gas. The register did not want to cooperate. The cashier was a little frustrated, but we made him laugh.

The cashier on duty was very attentive and personable. She did as best as she could've being the only one on duty. I had questions answered promptly and respectfully, served with a smile and even learned new information about the area. My only reserve is that I wish she had extra help at the time. The line I waited in was extremely long!
