Chinatown Buffet - Elk River

The service was lacking considerably. I had to go get my own silverware and soda, which was quite disappointing. The buffet was running low on food, and it appeared that they weren’t replenishing it, despite it being only 6:45 PM. While some dishes were acceptable, others were overcooked and dry from sitting out for too long. There was no sushi offered, and the wontons had very little filling. Overall, this was one of the worst Chinese buffets I’ve ever had.

I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. My husband and I took our two children for dinner, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. The food was subpar and tasted old, as if it had been sitting out for hours. My 4-year-old even got sick afterward. The customer service left a lot to be desired; one staff member even turned off the bathroom light while my daughter and I were inside, without checking to see if anyone was still using it. We will not be returning. Overall, the experience was entirely unacceptable.

Wow. I've never come across burnt noodles at a hibachi grill before. After my first bite, I seriously thought I might chip a tooth! If it were possible to give this restaurant negative stars, I absolutely would.

Our experience at this restaurant was rather disappointing. We arrived at 6:30 PM, only to find that there was no food available. The options they had looked old and unappetizing, which was very disheartening. When I asked the woman at the counter if fresh food would be served, her response was quite rude. As a result, we decided to leave without ordering anything.
