Pizza Guys - Elk Grove

The pizza was fantastic, but the delivery service was quite disappointing. I mentioned to the delivery person that the pizza was for you, and he simply walked away without acknowledging it. This was very unprofessional. Come on, pizza team, please improve your delivery service!

3.5 stars - Not bad. I would rate Antelope Pizza House at 4.5 stars and Mountain Mike's at 4 stars. Both are quite similar, but I feel they fall slightly outside of the chain's offerings in my opinion.

The pizza was decent, but the crust was hard and lacked flavor. I ordered regular crust, thin crust, and flatbread pizza, but the regular and thin crusts looked almost identical. On a positive note, I received a free soda for picking up my order. I might give it another try.

Let me start by saying that this place seemed at first like a great place to order based on the $35 pizza price. At that price I was expecting a very well thought out pizza with flavor and no expenses spare on toppings and overall appeal. When we got the 8 pizzas we ordered and this is my first time eating here it was worth no more then $15 a pizza. The sauce and cheese was 2.5inch away from crust and for someone who doesn 't eat the crust I have 1/4 of each slice wasted. The dough is cardboard in all sense. Extremely vanilla with no flavor. There was nothing about any of the 8 pizza that made me state yeah wow that worth the $35 . Get you pizza somewhere else unless you don 't have a problem paying $35 for a $15 pizza

Cold pizza, pasta was green, pizza order wrong, manager could care less. $55 dollars and worst customer service ever! We called to ask why our order was wrong, manager said to call corporate. Wait, a franchise owner can't handle its own problems?? Called twice and they blame their franchise, not the one who owns that location! Worst service ever!! Don't pay in cash, credit card you'd get your money back. Call a real pizza company!! Got pictures of this frozen pizza, green pasta, not what we ordered, and management says call corporate! Will do, what a typical inexperienced customer service representative of garbage pizza!!
