Rafferty's Of Elizabethtown

Always have great service. I ordered the potato soup, chicken salad and croissants. I got an order of the nutty honey croissants and only ate one. Got the rest boxed up to take and walked off without them. I went back about an hour later when Irealized what I had done on the off chance they put them aside. They said they sometimes hold them when people do that. Ishowed my receipt and where I was sitting. They came out with my box. Wasn?t until I opened it to eat one, I saw they hadmade me a fresh order! The military discount is much appreciated, as well.

Great service and yummy good. Missy never let's our drinks get empty. The fried mushrooms were great. We had the sunshine chicken salad and the Rafferttys American classic burger, both great. Also had the shrimp gumbo soup. So good. So obviously wewere very full leaving. Lol but great service all around.

I've been visiting this restaurant quite often over the past couple of months, and the food and service have been excellent—until today. I waited 35 minutes for two chicken finger salads and an order of chicken Alfredo. The salads arrived with only a couple of tiny pieces of chicken, no tomatoes, and no egg. The ranch dressing tasted watered down, and the Alfredo was cold! I spoke to the manager, who offered me a free meal, but I declined since what we received wasn't good. I probably won't return.

The food is excellent, especially their steak, which is prepared very well. The service was just right—attentive enough to ensure I had everything I needed without being overbearing. There are TVs playing a variety of content, such as sports and pop culture, but I didn’t mind it at all. If you sit in one of the booths on the edges, you can avoid the screens, and there’s no sound from them in the restaurant. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, just like in previous visits. I would definitely recommend Rafferty's in Elizabethtown to anyone looking for a casual dining atmosphere.

The food was consistent with what we've experienced at other Rafferty's locations—definitely good. Our waiter, Zayer, was very polite and truly made our visit worthwhile; make sure to ask for him if you dine here. I also want to thank the waitress who kindly brought my wife's phone out to us. Overall, the staff here was among the most customer-friendly I've encountered.
