Subway - Elizabeth

Waited 10 minutes to be told they were out of turkey. Lady said they shorted her order... crazy how they were out of most vegetables, too. The lady behind the counter seemed to enjoy telling everyone she was out of everything, nothing but smiles from her as she relayed this info. Maybe a sign on the door telling everyone you dropped the ball instead of making them wait for 10 minutes to tell them.

I ordered my dinner and paid for it an hour ahead of time so I would not have to wait, the app said my order was ready I got there and had to wait over 10 min. And the walk in customers were receiving their orders before mine was even ready, next time I will go somewhere else to eat.

Only having 1 employee scheduled for the lunch rush is crazy. ?

Not a well ran subway. Only person in the restaurant and yet 20 min wait as they make web orders. The lady behind the counter was just rude. She got upset with me because I didn’t know anything that they were out of lettuce?

Went into get a veggie sandwich and the lettuce was brown got told thats how everybody's lettuce comes . Won't EVER stop here again. Walked out.
