Food is amazing fresh they don't give you a lot of quantity of it but it is good and you can definitely find food on the menu to be inexpensive

It's crazy how when you get to the drive thru window to get your food you see the manager outside the door with another employee smoking weed. We let her know how unprofessional that was and not a good representative of the business?

The fish was very good! Fries were hot and tasty. Green beans were ok. Seasoning seemed a bit off. The dining room was clean and bright, great music being played! We will certainly return for another meal soon!

Something changed on the fish batter. Which was OK w me but my girlfriend didn't like it. I also believe the prices are too high. But most everywhere is the same.. the world of the rich companies getting richer.

Please Captain D’s management in Elizabeth City,NC on N Road street emphasize to staff to wash hands after use from bathroom break.I came to order dine in) lunch…but I went to bathroom first and someone came in and used bathroom urinated) then left without hand washing.. I thought it was a customer but no I left right behind that person who went to the back of kitchen)… so that individual didn’t wash hands unsanitary)…Today is October 04,2023 and it was 1350 hrs that I can say this occurred….So of course I got back in car and drove elsewhere to eat lunch.I Hope management will improve here on this matter. Thank you in advance!!!Concern citizen.
