We both got the dark meat 3 piece chicken leg n thighs.My Mac n cheese was ok, Ron liked his coleslaw, n he is picky about his coleslaw.Chicken wasn't greasy, mine wasn't Ron felt his was.Girl at register and the girl who gave us our meals WAS NOT friendly at all.They were very very busy, but still, could be kind.You hv to wait to get refills if you choose a soda, when you ask to get a refill she was rude.
Customer service is sub par and needs serious attention. Making your customers feel like they are bothering you is not how you keep them coming back. Customer service was not top priority here and it was very apparent. Hopefully they didn’t spit in my food because clearly they were not happy that my family spent over 100$ for our dinner tonight. Do better.
A wait is always expected considering how popular they are. Food is always good but the customers and younger workers are always aggy. They need more workers that wanna work and train them properly.
Came to the Elizabeth City as I was craving a Bo berry biscuit, the first time the biscuit was packaged poorly. My boyfriend got a chicken sandwich which I went back in for some ranch and bbq as he wanted. Manager and other workers decided to ignore us for more than 5 minutes before I got upset and left to leave this review. This was so underwhelming in terms of customer service. Do better!
