Mcdonald's - Elgin

I came in the restaurant since the drive thru was busy and it was easy and fast but the only thing I disliked was they messed up my sugar free French vanilla iced coffe they gave me a regular iced coffe

Complete and total trash. Ive lived down the street for years and ive been many times. Idk why ive ever gone back. Cant remember a single time the garbage staff didnt totally disappoint between horrible drive thru workers, incorrect orders, and long waits.

The service by team members was great!! Michael always make me feel welcome. He is a really worker

Good McDonald’s. The food is almost fresh when you get your order but make sure you check your order in your bag. You might come out with another persons order.

Food is good and my order is always correct but during lunch or dinner rush you can expect to wait 20+ mins in the drive thru
