During the hours of 6am 8am, BEWARE I should have come to this site before going to this location that by the way, I WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN. They should really take a page out of Flame Broilers service book they are located about 4 doors down and they are THE BEST! This obnoxiously rude lady who is here between those hours is H O R R I B L E! I visit this location at least 3 days a week. I order the same sandwich, the same way every time. I visited again today, but when I noticed the lady making the sandwich differently I spoke up. In short, she was irritated and started telling me you ask this way, no you ask this way.... so I do that ..... now what do you want .... She never talked to me that way before so I was kind of surprised. I tried to explain to her how I wanted it exactly and she kept over talking me before I could even get a word in. It is 6am in the morning..... I am not going to argue with ANYONE over a sandwich before sunrise .... SMHNeedless to say I told her never mind I can just go somewhere else, and she said yeah you GO! WOW! Is this the kind of customer service subway (small s used intentionally) condones? This is completely unnecessary and ridiculous behavior. If you are unhappy because you have to get up early in the morning, then choose another start time. If you are unhappy because you have no help, speak to your management. How dare you take out your personal frustrations on the customer. She literally got mad .... who gets mad at work at 6am...... just because I was saying I want my sandwich made a different way other than how you are preparing it? Isn 't subway the sandwich specialist? Clearly not this location. This lady really didn 't want to assist me all along because it took a simple request for change of how I wanted my sandwich made, for her to go from 0 10 in 60 seconds!!! She allowed that simple request to set her off completely!! How crazy is that? Had I known, I would have stopped supporting this location months ago. Nonetheless, I know now and her behavior has just ruined my view of this location. I have gone from the consistent customer to a never again customer AND I will be sure to share my experience with my entire LAX community. You never know who you may be servicing at any time. That 's why it 's always best to just be kind.
This is by far the cleanest Subway I have ever been to. The whole place was great. The service was excellent. You can taste the freshly sliced meats. Veggies all fresh and crisp. Bread delicious. I wish I had gotten the names of the two ladies that made our sandwiches. We were there 10/24 in the afternoon. A third lady was cleaning the slicer while we were there.Vegetarian options: So many options for veggies here than at their competitor. Spinach, cucumbers, olives to name a few.Parking: Plenty of spaces to park
I keep giving this place a chance and they keep failing me. Their attitude is so bad, if you ask for anything extra they get mad. They never make the orders correct, in person or online.
It’s one thing to raise the price of a sandwich by .50¢, but it another when you serve tuna from the previous day, or at least that’s what it tasted like. No mas!
