Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse Wine

Flemings has never disappointed us. The food and service are always great. Servers check frequently to see if patrons need anything. Water is replenished on a regular basis. Servers are professional but friendly. Would recommend Flemings, esp. for special occasions.

First ordered the calamari which we usually love. The first order came out over 30 minutes later. No bread was brought to the table. Stuck with water for the time being. Asked a manger for bread and they mentioned bread comes out after the appetizer which I’ve never experienced before. Especially when the appetizer is coming out so late. Tables after us received bread immediately. Not understanding why we couldn’t just get bread to accommodate the wait for the appetizer. I ordered the larger filet M. Came undercooked but I was willing to deal with it. My Fiance ordered the larger filet Medium and received it rare. Had the server return it. Came back rare again. Asked the server to bring the manager with the next re-order. He made responses mentioning that he would bring the president if I wanted him too. The interaction was condescending and rude. The manager brought back another rare steak. I cut the steak in front of him to see. The manager asked me “what happened” jokingly, but at this point it was no joke. Overall a terrible experience. Come to Fleming’s often in multiple locations and usually love the experience, but this time was definitely not up to par for the treat that it usually is. Terrible experience for my Mother, Fiancé, and I.

Came in for a meal at the bar. Complete chaos. Ordered an old fashioned and it was just thrown on the bar and slid over without any sort of recognition. Bar was never wiped down. Manager was yelling at the bartender about other stuff, cocktail napkins strewn across the floor. I knew within 2 minutes I had to go. Finished my drink and left.

Broccolini was burnt and cold.... I never received my orders lobster tail and the waiter was not attentive. I assume they were swamped due to the holiday but that's no excuse on management

Food was not good. Steak under seasoned and dry My order was brought out wrong. Ask for lobster Mac and cheese was brought the reg Mac and cheese by the time I got the right Mac and cheese I was finished with the meal. Horrible experience
