Tacotote! - El Paso

The food took forever... it was not busy at all and ppl who were behind us getting their food before us and across from us was a young lady who had already waited and she did not get her food until after we had ordered everything we had was puerco adobado, and asada with rice and beans for 5 ppl ridiculously long time. Thanks to the server Pedro this Gentleman rescues the day with his attentive service and ready to go out his way to wait for, he even brought us some guacamole and chips! The food was good and sizzling when it finally arrived, but again the Asada came there and 10 minutes later the pig came back. I have no idea what happened, but the service and the food itself will give me another chance.

I have words for this place. The image you see from their tacos is 3 times the meat you will actually get. $30 for 4 tacos, 2 pages and 2 drinks. No shrimp for tacos (letting, tomatoes, onion or cheese) I'll never go back to Taco's death. They were good, but cost at least twice as much for the part

Back to Taco Tote. And things have become worse. No radish on the Salsa Bar. No salt and pepper shaker on the table. They still have the annoying little paper packages of salt and pepper. And now bag tortilla chips instead of made fresh. Salsa Bar also needed help. They had to fill some articles. The Zilantro is always bad. No fresh tea. It seems they don't read reviews and make improvements. Looks like they're trying to cut corners to save money instead of offering a quality product for their customers as they started.

Food is always delicious! Customer service is terrible. We always get wrong order, missing items, small portions when we order. Unfortunately, we always consume because we really like it. However, taco dead on Zaragoza has a little better service. Staff are careless about customer service at this point. What a shame for really good tasting food.

Food was amazing. Always. The restaurant however was very dirty and almost every table was dirty.
