Speedy's Pizza - El Paso

People do not understand that customer service is a must in any business. The pizza may be delicious, but the customer service is so bad. You do not welcome you and/or thank you. The first and last time I come to this Speedy Pizza. Remember, customer service says a lot about your business.

Time wasted. Ordered forward. Not busy. And not ready yet. I will never order EVER AGAIN here. I had to go back to the staff? Type looks like Sidekick from Nacho Libre? denied the order and Peeps at home checked the location

I ordered through the phone, 20 minutes drive and on the way home when I got pizza there was fresh and well made. A good place to eat pizza despite everyone very busy and the decor was clean.

I felt like I had to write this review? Isis (I hope I spell her name correctly) went out of her way to provide exceptional customer service. I went to a big order and asked if he could be delivered. She was honest with me and said she wasn't sure if they were able when they were short drivers, but she wrote my number down and let me know in advance that they could finally deliver. Even if they were unable to deliver, the fact that she went out of her way to help me get a 5-star rating.

I had an appointment next door had time after and decided to go check out what they had besides pizza i wanted little snack I looked at menu saw they had Churros so i got a order to go. It was so good they were served warm , fresh, crispy and delicious ? Must try it, next time I'll try the pizza they have so many different types. but i did see they have Philly cheese steak sandwich and sold wings &cheese cakes n lots more
