Truly disappointed with today?s service. I paid for 2 thin crusts and 2 stuffed bread at 6:37pm. Was told it would take 8 minutes. I back in after about 10 minutes and the cashier looks dumbfounded and kept trying to look for receipts on his machine. He then told me it was going to be a bit longer. After another 10 minutes he then calls my name. I go to the counter to get my order and he asks me to wait. He was asking his coworkers for the receipt that had my name. Both employees shrugged and I was asked again what I had ordered. When I placed the pizza in my car I opened up the stuffed bread to see very brown (burned . I went back in to ask for an exchange. The cashier (Nikola shook his head as he opened the bread. ?It?s not burned, I?ll exchange it this one time but it?s not burned.? I asked him if he did not see how brown it was, ?I?ve never had bread be this burned. It has never looked like this.? To which he responded, ?well it?s bread, it?s going to burn.? The bread he replaced the previous 2 with was still burned (not as bad as the previous 2. I did let him know I waited 23 minutes when I was told my order would take 8 minutes only to receive burned bread and terrible customer service. He was very dismissive.
