Przekaż informację zwrotnąHave only ever used the drive through but they always make you wait even if no one is in front of you and are horrible with providing service. The drive through employees are usually rude and not willing to help. I also pay by card and was not asked to sign the receipt and denote a tip which is concerning to me.
Got really bad food poisoning from eating their chicken salad. Ended up at urgent care. The hygiene in the kitchen must be poor.
This evening I ordered a sirloin fit bowl on the drive through. As I was enjoying my dinner, I took a bite full of fat. I was disgusted immediately and didn’t finish my dinner. I’m highly disappointed. I took a picture and you can tell the difference between steak and fat. The left side is the large piece of fat that came with my meal.
I found a small bug in my salad, I asked them to change the whole plate they brought to me the same chicken pieces back with another salad. They looks the same chicken pieces exactly when i touch them they were cold that how im sure they were the same. The manager was helpful and she brought new ones when I talked to her and apologized and gives us free dessert but the staff in the kitchen why they brought the same chicken pieces in the first place?!! Are they gonna eat it if they found a bug in their food?!!
I went today to eat and it was the worst experience ever the waitress and the cashier was nice and all but the manager in charge were all awfully without a smile on her face I mean if she doesn't want to be there just don't be that attitude made me don't want to come back because management should be the role models for the rest of the team was amazing and hopefully they changed that manager.
