Dunkin' - Egg Harbor Township

They just messed my order ???? We had no time to return it but they completely got it wrong. my husband placed order for everything bagel plus eggs bacon cream cheese and avocado. we got regular bagel with cream cheese and avocado. if they can'tmake it they way it is requested they should just say so. it is not the first time, i don't know why i keep bother to order fromhere ,plenty of other restaurants/ fast food/ coffee shops on black horse pike! lesson learned

This is the second time they don't have croissants, usually I wouldn't complain, but this time I'm just because of them advertising free donuts for veterans day and I just got mine reduced with a 10% police discount. I also showed them my military ID. that's a bit messed up.

I never write reviews but at this point I’m confused on how this place isn’t shut down due to my past experiences. The first time, my friend and I were the only people in the drive thru line, but it took about 10 minutes for anyone to say anything through the speaker. Then when they did, they were mumbling the whole time. We got to the window, another 5 minutes before being acknowledged. The kid was super unprofessional. Gave us the wrong drink, but didn’t forget to give us his iCloud on a piece of paper that he wrote down. So odd?The second time we went, the same thing happened where it took about 10 minutes for someone to talk to us on the speaker. This time there was one other car in line infront of us. Another 10 minutes at the window, just to find out they forgot to tell us to pull up to the next one. After finally receiving our drink, it was just steamed milk. They forgot the expresso. They literally forgot the caffeine source. And it’s not like they were being petty, because we were super nice the whole time even after all of this. So like…what?At the end of this all, we were cracking up because how can service even be THIS bad? Thought I’d warn ya’ll.

I like Dunkin for coffee and breakfast more than any other fast food place around. It’s just I can’t seem to understand how my order gets messed up every single time, and how the service can be incredibly slow when the store is almost empty.
