Ordered the Classic Italian Sub tell me why it has chicken on it?? and why its 4 inches long?

The sandwich was excessively soaked in sauce, to the point where even the paper wrapper was dripping with it. It was not appetizing at all. Additionally, despite ordering extra meat, there was hardly any on the sandwich. The proportions were laughably off.

The lack of a 9-inch option was disappointing, as the 12-inch size was too large for my liking. The Honey Mustard Chicken Classic Sub was enjoyable nonetheless.

I ordered salt and vinegar chips but received jalapeno chips instead. Not a great substitute for those who can't tolerate spicy food if they are out of salt and vinegar.
