It seems I'm not the only one who had terrible customer service at this place. the person who took my order was very rude to me. I had a few asking to tapioca vs lychee in the drink I ordered when it was my first time at this blase tee location, and she reacted to me in an extremely bordering ton. she seemed to be extremely intoxicated by my asking and was overall very unhappy. I don't think I've ever had such an unpleasant experience with a salesman. it was quite aggressive. I will definitely not return to this place, although the drink is actually quite good!

Always love stopping by here for bubble tea. Service is quick, even they have long line up compared to other bubble tea I had to waited at least 30 mins ,and staffs are very friendly everytime I visit, I don't really believe in ppl leaving negative reviews about their serive, bc everywhere you going , if you are nice , you get treated the same way. Great selection and everything on the menu, their Trio milk tea is by far my favourite. The tea flavor is strong, I can adjust the sweetness level. I've tried milk tea at a lot of other places before but so far I like this one the bestThey have a rewards system app which is very convenient. The space is a decent size, so would be nice to sit and hang out.

Guest services is extremely unprofessional. nobody responds to emails and there has been no communication about a refund that was promised to me. save yourself some money and time and shop elsewhere. 0/10 I do not recommend.

Terrible customer service with one staff. At first she wouldn't give me a bag because I only bought 1 drink. But I had my hands full at the time so I needed a bag to carry my drink. She then reluctantly gave me a bag and was rude. I wouldn't have a problem if they charged me for a bag but at the same time with the price of the drink I feel like it should have covered for a bag. Her behavior just made this the last time I will be ordering from this location.
